Fostering research excellence in EU Outermost Regions
identify innovative life science and biotechnology projects
support start-ups or young entrepreneurs by giving them access to the
GIP CYROI technical support centre
establish contacts between these individuals and organisations in the
Research, Development and Innovation ecosystem (NEXA, Qualitropic,
Chamber of Commerce, Incubateur, Digital Reunion, Village by CA)

In 2019, its capacity doubled with the help of the CUBE. A new building is
currently being built, the technical facility is linked to the CYROI and give
structure to biotechnology start-ups allowing them to stay within the
facilities up to eight years (4 years in the business incubator, 4 years in
the business centre).
