The Centre of Applied Economics Studies of the Atlantic (CEEAplA) was created in 2003 and it is registered as Research Unit number 685 of the Portuguese Science and Technology Foundation (FCT). Its mission is to promote theoretical and applied scientific research using its highly skilled human resources engaged in research projects in the areas of business and economics.
