    The joint research unit for dynamics of the structure and interaction of
    biological macromolecules organises research on the following themes :

    • Analysis of protein structure and comparisons using structural alphabets
    • Understanding molecular recognition mechanisms between proteins and
      ligands using molecular dynamics simulations and quantum calculations
    • Genome analysis and applications
    • In silico approaches and controlled evolution of proteins
    • Molecular modelling of small proteins and peptides
    • Analysis and 3D structural modelling of high disulfide content proteins
    • Data analysis and practical applications to biological data and systems.

    Expertise in the sector of biotechnologies, bioinformatics, biological data analysis, modelling, optimisation.
