STARTUP MADEIRA

Created in 1997, and currently under the responsibility of the Vice-Presidency of the Regional Government, it is the entity responsible in RAM for the implementation of the “European Innovation and Business Centres Program” (EC BIC´s). It aims to be a regional development tool by supporting entrepreneurs in the implementation of their innovative business project, from the early stage to the development and expansion phase, providing a favorable environment for entrepreneurship, particularly in young people, and acting as a facilitator and point of view. central contact of an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

To this end, it offers two incubation spaces, dynamic business support structures with equipped physical spaces, as well as administrative and diverse consultancy support, in order to provide the necessary conditions for companies to be leveraged and for entry on the market in a stable and economically viable manner.
