Update on WP5’s activities

As a reminder WP5 involves networking and mobilities activities. The objective is to strengthen the collaboration between ORs and other research and innovation organizations in EU and Third countries, based on the results of the analysis carried out in WP2 and the thematic action plans of WP3.

The main results are :
-43 networking and brokerage activities performed (25 planned in the GA)
-37 short term mobilities performed

This is one of the WP that has been the most impacted to COVID.
There are last events organized by partners as the health situation is improved. Our partner University of the Azores implemented two networking events on the 23rd and 24th of June : Transversality in Science and Matching Researchers/Companies, respectively.

The Region of Guadeloupe and Synergîles, organized an online networking event entitled “Development of research and innovation in Guadeloupe : collaborations and solutions” on tuesday, June 28th, 2022.
Several aspects have been addressed such as : the European strategy for the outermost regions ; the strengthening of the participation of these regions in the new Horizon Europe program, ; the implementation of structural funds in support of the smart specialization strategy (RIS3) and the establishment of regional strategies to better exploit the potential of our regions in terms of R&I.
