BiopharmacBiotechnologyPharmaceutical industries.

BIOPHARMAC aims to implement innovative actions leading to the development of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. BIOPHARMAC will develop, within Biodiversity, trans-regional and trans-national cooperation networks in Biotechnology and Pharmacology, which will promote and facilitate the technological and scientific transfer from research centers, institutes and universities to private sector, strengthening the partcipation between the regional research, technology and innovation systems involved has a contribution to the improvement of the competitive position of the Macaronesian biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry at regional, national and international level.
