A WP4 Seminar on Scientific Excellence in Research & Innovation in Funchal, was implemented on 26^th & 27^th October 2021. The key speaker was FORWARD’s Advisory Board member Dr. Norbert Streitz, Scientific Director of Smart Future Initiative.

The main focus points were :

-The presentation of the FORWARD Project ;

-The presentation of the planned Digital Innovation Hub (DIH);

-Turning Madeira into a Self-aware, Cooperative, Hybrid Island.
